Can M. Night Shyamalan pull a Hat-Trick with this one?

Meh, looks OK. I'll go see it. If I forget, it'll pop up on HBO.

Marvel has me a bit burnt out on the whole super hero thing its starting to feel silly but this looks different in a very good way. More adult similar to Deadpool but this seems to be in a grittier way.

Okay... I've never seen Unbreakable because Shamallamaman's last billion movies have sucked... but I damn sure want to see this.

melcervini   You have to see Unbreakable first so you know what's going on

melcervini What kalron said. Unbreakable is one of my top 10 favorite movies. Ok maybe not exactly top 10, but that sounds better.

melcervini Unbreakable was his 2nd film, it's really good.  I personally think it's his best, although Split was a welcome comeback.  Unfortunately having seen the trailer now, you have been spoiled to "The Twist" in Split.  I was honestly impressed with the film throughout but when he reveals in the end that it is taking place in the same universe as Unbreakable I was floored.  Now we have a trilogy and I am stoked.

I highly recommend you checking out Unbreakable before seeing this, and Split if you haven't seen it either.  It's a slow burn and totally worth it.

I've positively got a boner over GLASS...

but then there's that other bad guy I'm not so sure of...

And why would Bruce Willis be in there? He didn't do anything bad
and all his good stuff was ANONYMOUS

My jury is out on this but I WILL SEE IT OPENING NIGHT!!!!

It looks like a lot of fun to me.  Folks are saying Bruce Willis is too old, but I think his age is lending some gravitas to the movie.

It has to be better than every movie he made between Unbreakable and Split.

skeeter01 watching the trailer again actually gave me some pleasure.  My wife watched it with me and said "that can't be a real movie".
