How many boycotts would this skit start if shown on TV today?

The nature of comedy changes, particularly crude humour.  Timeless humour (which this clearly isn't) has always been funny and will always been funny.  Cringeworthy and cruel skits like this are the equivalent of a fart joke.

As for the claim "wouldn't make it on the air now" is a bit misleading, as well.  The US broadcast regulators have to deal with an exceptionally Puritan ideal.  Only recently have a few shows been permitted to have mild swearing and in very few cases, rear nudity.  Blood sports, shootings, knives, swords, are all permitted.  Consider broadcasters from other Western Nations, that are freer with language and nudity, but are more restrictive with violence.

Remember Jackson's "wardrobe malfunction" ?  Only the most fundamentalist religious countries would react to this in the manner that US TV did.

I recall driving my boss once in my personal vehicle to go get my company car.  My vehicle was a 2006 bmw z4 - the little two seater roadster model.  My boss was 6'5, 450 pounds.  He managed to lower himself into the car, but his getting out was possibly the most painful thing I've ever seen.  I considered pushing, but rhought that might have been inappropriate.  When he was in the car, his gelatinous belly flowed over the top of the dash and underneath it.

I had a 400lb Belgian skydiver friend who made a Volvo look like a skateboard. That thing only had suspension travel on the rear passenger side wheel.

And yes, if you are wondering, he was really hard to keep up with in the air.
