Wow, so approximately 160 days after launch, it will be ready to use. That is -a lot- of time for something to go wrong. Let's hope the Americans working on it properly converted measurements into the metric system!

I wonder if it will bump into the Soviet nuclear launch platform hidden at L2?

So much that can go wrong, damn.

Do we even have a vehicle that could get up there and repair the thing if needed?

daegog I hope it works out better than the lander that got wedged in a crevice in a comet.

daegog  It's going to be stationed around a million miles away from Earth (Hubble is around 350 miles I think) so it will be virtually impossible.

I sure hope they get this off without a hitch, been through quite a few setbacks but it will be awesome.
