I get the 'who cares' comments- but of course, plenty of people REALLY REALLY care, so much so they torment and hound people to ( in a few cases) the death. So by putting up an explanation, showing how happy this makes them, it allows other to see they are not alone. See Mill on 'experiments in Living'

To each their own if  no one's getting hurt. But I do not understand
this need people have to go on television or youtube and tell everyone
about their most personal, intimate goings-on.

I’ve been married to the same woman for 36 years. I consider myself asexual because she doesn’t do it for me any more. We are together because of house, kids etc. The other side of this is I don’t really care if I get laid anymore at my age. Between the high blood pressure and diabetes meds, my equipment works but it’s a chore. I like to look at the pretty girls but I’m not trying to lay them so we’re all good friends.

So, I guess the question is: Who cares? I'm not trying to be flippant about this. If they are happy and not hurting anyone, then who really cares what they do? I just don't understand why people feel the need to put themselves out there. These two obviously felt that they had something to say but I can't quite get the message. They both seem to be doing something that works for them so why go out and tell the world? If they wanted attention, they aren't getting it from me. Good luck to both of them but this seems like a pointless story.

I do not quite understand the purpose.  What is kinky about having an Asexual husband....no matter how he dresses up...he will never give you sexual pleasure.

spanz she's asexual too so she doesn't care. It's better than having one partner horny as he'll and the other not.

To each their own........they seem very happy together. As long as they accept each other for who they are, everyone else can just shove off IMHO. He doesn't seem to care not only what other people think about him, but he doesn't really seem to need to be a boy or a girl at all to be happy with himself either. Very interesting individual.....would probably make a great friend........;)

Actually, I think I get it. She's not into sex anyway, so she doesn't care if he's masculine or whatever. She treats him like any woman treats a gay friend, but they have a stronger connection and mutual trust.

There's nothing particularly wrong with it. They're both expressing themselves, they're true to themselves, they amount to more together than apart. Heck, even the Christian fundamentalists can't complain because it's a man and a woman and they're not doing any kind of "deviant sex".

Plot twist: they're both transgender.
