This Is The Voice Behind 250 Of Your Favorite Cartoons

Submitted by: fancylad 8 months ago in Entertainment

You’ve heard his vocal stylings as Hermes Conrad in “Futurama,” the Green Lantern in “Justice League,” Ollie Williams in “Family Guy,” and, of course, as Jack in “Samurai Jack.” As the man behind over 250 of your favorite characters, Phil LaMarr is one of the most prolific voice actors in the biz.

Fun fact: The guy behind the 250 voices was also in Pulp Fiction -- guess which character he played (it was a pivotal role).

I hate these pull-back-the-curtain things. I don't want to know how the magic is done. Just do it.

Gerry1of1 Honoring their skills isn't exactly "pulling back the curtain".  Voice actors don't get much credit for their work, it's nice to see the breadth of their abilities.
