HELLY CRAP WUT IS TAT???
Looked it up on Wikipedia, and it`s quite interesting, but this made me lol:
"During the Christian observation of Lent, capybara meat is especially popular as it is claimed that the Catholic church, in a special dispensation, classified the animal as a fish in the 16th century."

although I`d love love love a capybara as a pet... 1. it`d not be happy in my tiny suburban garden, it`s not nearly big, warm or wet enough. 2. I`ve been nibbled by a guineapig and it fricking hurt, imagine what a nip from one of these guys could do; I`d lose a fricking arm!! 3. there`s no way my daughter would leave it alone *rolls eyes* at least our guineapig is small enough to hide, a capy`d have no chance.

capybaras can be dangerous. there used to be some of those at the university I attended, and they`d always run after the students that walked near their lake. i heard some people were bitten.

they`re kinda cute though.

Yep that`s a Capybara. They hide in your walls and ceiling and chew on your fingers and toes while you`re sleeping. They shoot laser beams from their eyes and if you drink it`s blood you turn invisible for 24 hours.

Capybara are semi-aquatic mammals[13] found wild in much of South America (including Panama, Costa Rica, Colombia, Ecuador, Bolivia, Venezuela, Brazil, Argentina, Guyana, Suriname, French Guyana, Uruguay, Peru, and Paraguay[10]) in densely forested areas near bodies of water, such as lakes, rivers, swamps, ponds and marshes,[11] as well as flooded savannah and along rivers in tropical forest.[15]

please, get it right...they cant be from patagonia (although that is in argentina) because it is too freaking cold!! i lived in southeastern brazil, where the coldest it would get is around 50...any further south than that, and you cant find them anymore
