I seem to rememner a story about someone who did just that (probably on I-A-B) but they were deliberately trying to humiliate their kid.

I can't understand how anyone could go out in public in their night atire. Jeans and a T-shirt minimum. And if I'm going into town I feel slightly underdressed without a jacket. If someone comes into my place of work in pj's or with their belly hanging out or their arse-cheeks on show I would see that as a direct insult. To me that is a small step above showing up stinking of booze.

So yeah, if you are going to a professional place of work show some damned respect or be judged.

Yes, MILFs should be required to wear heels with a thong and camisole and thigh-highs with a garter. Fat moms and all dads should be required to hire hot 20-something women with questionable morals and send them to pick up the kids... same dress code for them as for the MILFs; we can't be playing favorites after all.

My kids are dropped off by a dude that looks and dresses like Odd-job. Sadly, I can't persuade him to wear the hat.

As stated, Broward County School District has a hell of a lot more problems than worrying about the way the parents look for the 30 seconds they are dropping their kids off.

This is ridiculous.

I wouldn't expect a stay-at-home mom to get all dressed up for this one task. As long as she's not dressed WAAAAAY down (y'know, like at Walmart), there should be no problem.

The idiots running the schools there need to realize their authority ends at the edge of the school property. Nor does it extend to parents, grandparents or relatives.

If i want to drop off my kids wearing nothing but a sock (over the fun stuff) im going to. They have NO right to tell ANYONE what they can and can not wear. i really wish i lived there, I would show up EVERY day wearing anything and EVERYTHING that they consider "unacceptable"

Given, there are more immediate concerns of a weightier nature. However, baby steps. Show some concern and dress a bit professionally. I'm in agreement with jeans being fine. I wear jeans all the time. I don't wear my PJs out though.

You wear what the hell you like. If you are ashamed of the way you look, do something about it. As soon as you criticise someone's appearance you lay yourself open to criticism.

I have dropped children off still in my dressing gown. Not often- but a few times. The main point being they got there ON TIME. I found the immaculate, made up and styled mothers terrifying- where did they get the time (and energy)given I was always rushing around and busy. If I was running late the children went to school on time and I went back to throw on clothes before work...

Hell yes. It's probably the only way to get the crotch-droppings to dress properly, and from what I've seen of Florida, the whole damned state needs this law.
