people go out and search for glitches in gta games to have fun with them. theres a popular one in gta iv that involves sling-shooting a car through the air with a swing set. i have played the entire game through and havent encountered any glitches that interfere with game play yet. there was a part in this one mission where the upstairs to a building didnt exist, but that was it. one a side note you can get eaten by sharks. just like in farcry 3 and batman in arkham city. batman getting eaten by the shark is by far the most unsettling.

also, i agree games shouldn't be released before all the bugs (or as many as possibly) aren't fixed. It's easy to blame the developers, but also realize that publishers are the ones pushing for game release dates. As well as consumers. We aren't as patient as we may have been back in the PS2/Xbox era. So three things make games come out with glitches, in my mind, and they are: Publishers pushing for earlier and earlier release dates on games that are meant to be more and more demanding and sophisticated to meet a higher and more impatient consumer demand, and with basically everyone able to access internet now on their consoles or computers the developers can release updates to fix glitches after the fact. It's all more complicated than "lazy developers"

the stuff with the cars flying from the gate opening, those aren't glitches. You do it on purpose. but these were awesome haha

A glitch is something we would hope wouldn't happen too often, and that most people wouldn't see in normal game play. Yet all I have heard about GTAV is the glitches. Is the game really that bad?

A lot of that seems to be the anti-penetration in the physics engine tuned too high.
Don't release it before it's fixed.

It's not a glitch! It's "a feature"

I call it laziness on the part of the developers in the rush to rake in the money.
