TruTenrMan - You are completely ignorant, in the true sense of the word. This girl has a rare talent, one which I am certain is way beyond your understanding.

This is the sound that AC/DC was sent here to destroy!

Thank God, they failed.

She made me wish I was deaf for a moment.

@handimanner, I bow to your superior knowledge. I've carried a B3s up and down enough stairs that I thought I would never forget them, but come to think of it, it has been a few years.

The Hammond she's playing is a T-100. Different than the B3 that it has onboard amp. The T is what Emerson plays, probably cuz it's studier than the B and C (Emerson likes to throw them around on stage). I've got the X-77 in my studio, similar to the B but with percussion top end electronics. Had a T-100 (my first Hammond) and do prefer it over the B. Stage Bs are just more portable.

Also, for the uninitiated, who think she's just playing like a two year old, she's playing Emerson's Tarkus note for note. She's been playing since the age of two.

There are other clips that are actually better; playing piano and another where she plays piano and flute at the same time.
Also, if you like this there are some great early Emerson clips (with "The Nice" on utube.

Skip ahead to the two minute mark, past the two old farts, unless you need sleep.

Sounds like an odd Rush/Moody Blues solo. Amazing job.

Brilliant! However, new Moog sounds a lot like old Moog (not that that's a bad thing). There will never be a substitute for a Hammond B3, though.

I think I'm going to listen to Trilogy again.

She also deos a mean "Tarkus" ...

This is impressive and just great to watch. It's a throwback (in a good way) to a time -- the Prog days of the 70's -- when keyboards had more presence than today, and got as much of the spotlight as did guitars. In Prog, you had guys like Rick Wakeman, Keith Emerson, Kerry Minnear (Gentle Giant), T Lavitz (Dixie Dregs), etc. In Fusion, you had Chick Corea and Jan Hammer (Mahavishnu Orchestra). And you had the keyboard-led trios from Europe -- ELP, Triumvirat, Schicke-Fuhrs-Frohling.
etc.

Watching this lady play brings back a lot of good feelings about a lot of great music. It's a disgrace for this post to be rated anything less than 4.0.
