These results are FAR from conclusive. For example, it's also entirely possible that the mouse froze because stimulating the receptors in it's brain made a strange buzzing sensation that scared the mouse and it had nothing to do with memories.

It is certainly a step forward, but a lot more testing needs to be done before they can make any claims as they currently are.
