It doesn't matter who is in charge, they are a figure head and the status quo of government will go on, it doesn't even matter if it's a conservative or liberal government. Years ago the battle for a separation of church and state was the focus but now we need separation of government and corporate interests.

BEFORE HE HAD EVEN DONE ANYTHING. What do you attribute that to?

@HolyGod: Because they didn't like THE THINGS HE PROMISED TO DO ONCE ELECTED?
Naw! It HAS TO BE SKIN COLOUR!
And all those black folks who disagreed with him were just... white folks in disguise!!!

OF COURSE the list "pushes a few points"! like those lists about Bush never did?
#1 Caused 9/11
#2 Invaded innocent women and children
#3 Is from Texas
#4 Blood for oil!
& etc... repeated, ad nausium, by the MSM's hydra-like heads...

@HG

I see your point as it pertains to before he was elected and I'll grant you there were some racist mofos out there.

This list and this thread however had nothing to do with race. It was all about things the president has done wrong AFTER being elected. I'll grant you there is alot in that list that is stretched to fit the author's point but the fact remains, and you yourself have said in this thread, that there are indeed things on that list that are just plain wrong.

I can't help if anyone else that posted in here made it racial. All I can do is comment on the article as I see it as you've done.

"Sorry to disappoint the race baiters but it isn't racism to speak out against things a president does wrong no matter what color."

No. Absolutely not.

The reason I bring up race is for the immediate swell of hatred and opposition (like the tea party) BEFORE HE HAD EVEN DONE ANYTHING. What do you attribute that to?

You're right, and therein lies the problem. No president is perfect that's a fact.

The problem is despite all the proven things against him there are still people that see Obama as the 'chosen one' that can do no wrong. And then there are those who fear being labeled a racist if they dare speak out against him.

Sorry to disappoint the race baiters but it isn't racism to speak out against things a president does wrong no matter what color.

I'm very conservative and would take W any day over Obama, but I think this list is pushing it at a few points. And I'm certain you could make this type of list for any president, even our most hallowed ones like Lincoln or Washington. No one is perfect. Still though, I honestly believe that if BO were a Republican he'd have been impeached long ago.

This just goes to prove my point about politicians being bough out by corporations. Number 2 sighting a no-bid contract to Halliburton just shows that they probably offered the right price to get him to bend to their will. Corporations need to be kicked out of government activities.

All politicians start their career with much promise and passion, but greed is a bitch and money and power are like drugs. The more money and power you get, the more you want, and very few men can handle it.

"I WOULD rather die than raise my kid around people who glorify theft, murder, violence, and racism as a means of gathering wealth. They glorify gaining "bling" by any means other than working."

Well said Sir.

Its funny... One of the up and coming cheerleaders and poster boys of the Republican party, Bobby Jindal, stated today that he's sick and tired of everyone bad mouthing the president.

It makes you wonder whats wrong with some people when they've got less common sense than an elected government official.

literally every political leader ever has done things that not everyone approves of. So he's not exactly how you personally wanted him to be, big drating deal. This has literally always happened, with every president ever.

There are certainly some exaggerated 'facts' on that list.

However, the ones that are true, well, they came from the guy that screamed hope, change, and transparency to all that would listen. And so many did listen, including myself. I regret voting for this guy as much as I regretted voting for Bush jr the first time around.

HG - did I say I wouldn't raise my kid around blacks? No, I didn't. It's the culture. I WOULD rather die than raise my kid around people who glorify theft, murder, violence, and racism as a means of gathering wealth. They glorify gaining "bling" by any means other than working.

It has nothing to do with skin color. It's culture. If there were a comunity of whites with the same morals, I would call them animals.

You are blind. You see what you want to, and love to scream racist, so you feel superior. As if I am so stupid to not realize that skin color and actions are not mutually exclusive. I bet you a billion dollars that I have more minority family and friends than you. It may seem cleche...but it's true. And they aren't animals. (most of them, but hey...family)

Sad but true. But, hey, instead of reading it and reflecting on things, just get all upset and defensive. After-all, that's what a good shill does.

This list isn't heaped up, made up, exaggerated and blown out of proportion at ALL.

"I should point out the actual list is here. The list in this IJ article only goes up to item 106."

Ya but some of those start to get WAY in the weeds. I mean complaining about a street being closed because he made a trip? That happens every time a president goes anywhere. That is security, not his choice.

I think this list would be way more effective with the top 100 or 125. It reaches on so many that it starts to sound like he's blaming him for any little thing he can think of.

"Too many are soo god damn fast to scream RACIST! "

I get it, sorta. I don't tiptoe around stuff which is why I have made some "enemies" on here certainly. I always think it is funny when people try to slap the "PC" label on me just because I'm socially liberal.

I f.ucking hate censorship, self or otherwise, in EVERY form.

However, you said:

"I would rather die than raise my child in a area infested with these animals."

It is kinda impossible to look at that in any way but DEEPLY racist.

10 - Unconstitutional Gov't Faith based programs: It's really not unconstitutional but a smart business decision as they typically will do the same thing as the Gov't can but at a more efficiently. The program is not setup to only offer this to Christian faith based but any. It just happens that Christianity is the largest organized religion in the US. This is another attempt to re-write the Freedom of Religion. It only states the Gov't will not establish an official religion. It was not written nor intended by the writers of the Constitution that the Gov't be banned from working with religious organizations.

17 - Obama orders Boeing to fire 1,000 employees. This was an action brought on by the Unions themselves and while I think the NLRB were idiots in this case Obama did not tell Boeing to fire 1,000 employees.

There are plenty of other examples where they have either stretched the truth or REALLY distorted it. Obama has done enough stupid

HG - Too many are soo god damn fast to scream RACIST! I don't tiptoe around these pricks, which makes me seem racist. I don't like the "thug life" culture, and think it's ridiculous to blame it on whitey. The younger IABers are way way to PC. So call me racist if it makes you feel better. In real life I treat every man as a man, and judge by actions. I also have many many ni@ger and beaner friends. More than white.

I DO understand you tho. I feel the same way when I find myself agreeing with OldOllie or CrakrJak.

"Won't say we told you so... in 2008 AND in 2012."

Really? Go through this list and tell me which of these things WOULDN'T have happened under McCain or Romney. Especially considering A LOT of these are Bush / conservative policies that Obama continued.

You HONESTLY think it would be that different?

What this president has taught me is that the federal government is a beast and no matter how much someone promises to be a unifier (bush) or offer change (Obama) s.hit just continues to roll down hill. This is the administration that turned me into a life long cynic.

Well put.

Confuses me when you say reasonable well thought out things like that in one post while going off on racist hateful rants in another.

1-4 F.uck him

5 Kinda bulls.hit. He tried but the prisoners had to go somewhere and republicans blocked them coming onto American soil. What is he supposed to do?

6 F.uck him.

7 EXTRA HARD F.uck him.

8-26 F.uck him.

27. Total bulls.hit. You can think a honda civic is a great car, but drive an accord because you can afford it without being a hypocrite. Not to mention his kids require security.

28. Total tin foil bulls.hit. If every business run by a republican got raided that would be most of them.

29. That was law long before Obama.

30. So does EVERY president.

OK now they are starting to stretch. How many of these do we HONESTLY think were decisions by Obama? 15%? Or are we saying ANYTHING the federal government does is his fault, which is fine if that is the parameter.
