Kids are not born that way but they are born into that situation which breeds more ignorance, bigotry, and violence.

It's cute when he's this age, but assuming his upbringing doesn't change it won't be cute when he's 16.

All that I'm saying is it's disgusting to refer to a kid, regardless of the reasons everyone is coming up with a N*gger.

That's all. I think we can all agree that everyone is entitled to have their view of their world and the people within, but for christ sake, lets not degrade children.

You are so emotionally voided 5cats you're making semantical arguments about nothing.

@Gerry1: wait, wait... pointing out that @pekingo has "played the race card" makes ME play it?
I think... NOT!

MY point is that it's likely a PRANK played by a family member, NOT an inescapable socio-political environment created by white bigotry! (which is @peakingo's opinion, eh?)

RACE has nothing to do with it: it's kids being kids. (Is what I say!)
(And @madduck says so too! )

Gerry- all kids pick unsuitable words and phrases up, at home, in the street, off siblings or strangers. My daughter went into meltdown once screaming every bad word she knew- (and I swear to god she never once heard the word toilet from my mouth) with the intention to shock. This kid is the same- what would you think of a nice floppy haired child in wearing Clarkes shoes and a blazer Hampstead Waitrose doing to same thing- ( not sure how that translates- you do it) it is a small child showing off to the big kids- after that it is all speculation.

How do you blame a kid, when he get's older to know what's right and what's wrong when you haven't been taught either? IMO the parents should be punished for doing this to this kid

So I think a better question is who to blame when he shoots or get's shot? Does this kid when he's an adult deserve the harshest penalties because he was raised with no chance to succeed?

"You're making excuses based on... race"

Race Card - You Lose.
You say referring to his environment is racist.
You say it's probably his brother taught him that.
Isn't his brother part of this child's environment?

well, they are made that way of course. A child is a product of its environment. But what worries me here is these older guys f ucking with him, he doesn't have the smarts to understand what trouble he might get into, where's his mummy???

Quite a lot of you are making the most horrendous assumptions based ( as far as I can see) on colour. Repulsive thing to do. I have heard similar come out of my nephews mouth- not quite the same because he lives in rural Wales so the language is different- but he wants to look cool in front of the big kids. So obviously the son of a middle class biology teacher and an HR manager will end up- where?- given the background you all assume this kid has. You should be disgusted and ashamed of yourselves.

I was going to make a Zimmerman joke, but if he's going to get shot before he turns 20, there's about a 92% chance it will be by another black person. Statistics!

It's a kid that's a product of a horrible home environment and you're calling him the N-word.

@peakingo: You ASSUME quite a lot!
To me it looks like a little kid whose older brother (holding the camera!) has taught him (or her) how to cuss.
You're making excuses based on... race!
Where have I seen THAT "Dog & Pony Show" before?

Sure, it's cute when they're little! Not so cute when they're 25...

"Please show me the line where personal responsibility starts."

See that line between USA & Canada, the border?
Just go north of that line 'cause south of it no one is ever to blame for their own choices.

Let us blame the past for our choices and behavior now. Let us blame the culture and everyone else for our own problems, complain about stereotyping and get all up in arms when things don't go our way, even when we perpetuate stereotypes with our words and behavior. It's never their fault, right? Please show me the line where personal responsibility starts.

turdburglar, I have a new found respect for you and, as such, will now refer to you as turdburglar. Would you care for a beer as a token of said respect and accept my offer of a truce?

And it isn't just one color of people that are this way to be fair.

I have a nephew that I have no doubt will end up in jail or dead due to how he's been raised. You reap what you sow and when you don't raise a child with even the most basic of manners this is the end result.
