Easiest way to not get picked for a jury is to answer that you don't believe the court system works.

@chalket & @FoolsPrussia (and others)

*nod nod*

Yup! Yup!

I made a mistake, it's true! I admit it!

The MOTIVE behind my post remains unchanged: "Jury Selection Can Make OR Break A Case".

It's already been exposed that ANTI-Zimmerman people tried to LIE their way onto the jury...

That is all. You can figure it out from here...

@5Cats
Welcome to the wonderful world of voir dire. It could be argued that most trials are won or lost in jury selection.

You're really grasping at straws here.

@chalket: My point is that the jury could be "legally rigged" if Z's lawyers didn't do their job, eh?

I knew that prospective jurors were asked questions, but I never imagined that there were so many and such personal ones!

Caught me by surprise! (The 'easy' is sarcastic, eh?)

WOW! O_o That 7 page form you linked is much worse! I can understand WHY the lawyers would want to know these things, but who's going to answer all that invasive questioning honestly?

Instead of "good jurors" you'll end up with 12 "good liars"...

I gotta say 5Cats this submission was like a Charlie Brown field goal kick.

@5Cats
This is a SAMPLE jury questionnaire created and offered by Cathy E. Bennett & Associates, a jury-consulting firm in Galveston, TX. It has nothing AT ALL to do with Florida or Zimmerman. Not only that, but you show just one page of a 7-page form (pdf) and claim "16 easy questions..." when the form actually has 75 questions (many of them not so easy).

Even if this submission was accurate or had any correlation to what you claim, WTF WAS YOUR POINT? I don't understand it, or you.

Oh, HERE it is!

This is an EXAMPLE of a jury selection questionnaire, I mis-read the blog as saying it was the real deal from Fl v Z.

My bad!

"How To Get On The Zimmerman v Martin Jury"

This is why I love to f*ck with you 5Cats, you're making it too easy. Let me fix what's wrong with this post for you...

1) The trial you're referring to is NOT "Zimmerman v Martin" it's "State of Florida v George Zimmerman"

2) That's a juror questionnaire for Galveston County which happens to be in Texas on the coast of the Gulf of Mexico, 1000 miles away.

I would only have to lie on one question.
Like I'm gonna admit to 16b on a court document.
