bringing internet access to areas that can't afford food or water let alone computers!!!!...there is an ulterior motive behind this project that they are not talking about !!!!!

Johanvb: Do you have the slightest idea of the size of the Earth vs a few groups of balloons? The aircraft in the sky at any moment would have a much greater shadowing effect if there was any to be had. I think you've been taking Green Paranoia pills.

that's amazing if it actually works. then i could get internet access at my hunting cabin in upper PA. losing signals on your phone will be a thing of the past. also google stands to make a huge profit off this. internet service providers will have to pay to use their balloons.
