@nerd_Rage: I know for a fact that MANY "tragic incidents" in Canada's recent history involved... RCMP "Moles"!
FLQ Killings?
Oil Patch Bombings?
Aryan Nations?

ALL RCMP related.

Even so? It's what they do! They're SUPPOSED to infiltrate, scout and report on ANY group which gains the attention of the "spy bosses" like Mi6, KGB, FBI or CSIS... which doesn't exist btw...
(Hint: That's a "Canada Joke" outsiders are NOT expected to understand... Canadian Central Intelligence Agency (CSIS)...)
Talk about "obscure jokes"!

@carmium: Blackpowder does provide white smoke (BUT! I'm no expert! Ask @WhoDat! He oughta know!)
The "recipe" supposedly used called for shotgun shells, sugar and other shrapnel. Which is exactly what hit people (BBs, pellets, nails and ball bearings)

So yeah, it was crude, but effective.

That's not a conspiracy theory, THIS is a conspiracy theorist's dream: a massive explosion in Waco, almost to the day of the 20 year anniversary of the Waco Massacre

I'm sure there are lots of gun and explosives experts around here, so I have a question: What kind of explosive goes off with a yellow flash and much white smoke? Could these have been gunpowder bombs made with reloaders' supplies, and kept tight in those pressure cookers to cause a real explosion?
Somebody around here ought to know.

all of that is relevant information, but nothing explains why the fbi would recruit, train, and fund terrorists in an effort to stop them.. And while being in the best position to stop it; Pull out. It smells bad. all of it. Bomb sniffing dogs are not a common thing to see DURING the race. Before, most def.

Ok, the "last time" this happened was the "Times Square Bomber" a couple of years ago. He used a "pressure cooker" bomb too! But it didn't ignite. He put nails in as well.

"Dogs and lookouts" is standard procedure... dummy!

3:10 Yes it's true that the FBI infiltrates EVERY group they ever find! And sometimes they "string them along" before they make an arrest. That's called "being a spy" and EVERY nation on Earth does it! Including Canada!!

Yes, it most assuredly "makes us safer" dim-wit.

Move along, nothing to see here...
