Saturday, March 02, 2013 9:34:54 AM That set of signs is just ridiculously contradictory. you people and that word on this site... first you said the church was being contradictory (hypocrite) because they said people who aren't born aren't technically alive, now you're saying that a sign that shows exceptions is contradictory. protip: the sign lays out the law, if you are too stupid to figure it out, don't whine when you get a ticket. anyone missing the overnight parking hasn't looked at the sign close enough. the D64 exemption applies to overnight parking too since that 'sign' is a single piece of metal. |

Saturday, March 02, 2013 7:09:10 AM Having lived in new york, these signs make sense: if you don't live in that district, you can park there for 2 hours between 8am and 6pm every day except mondays between 10am and 1pm. You can also stop to drop off or pick up kids for school. |

Saturday, March 02, 2013 6:59:11 AM I'm from a town that had 1700 people, went to a high school that had less than 200... This is really foreign to me. |

Saturday, March 02, 2013 5:17:00 AM I see no contradiction in these signs (with apologies to CrakrJak). Sure, there's a lot to read there, relatively speaking, but it's pretty clear. (note that several of the signs are "combination" signs. For example, the "bottom" sign is a combination no parking while during loading hours sign, although it looks like two separate ones--when seen that way, taking them all as part of a collective, there's really no contradiction here) |

Friday, March 01, 2013 9:54:46 PM If I were a judge, and a defendant came into the court with a no parking ticket and a picture of these signs, I'd dismiss the damn case. That set of signs is just ridiculously contradictory. |

Friday, March 01, 2013 9:18:59 PM It's so comforting to know that the idiots who designed this sign are now making medical decisions for every person in the country. |

Friday, March 01, 2013 8:10:19 PM I'd go pay cash for some old broken down school bus, park it there, and walk away. |

Friday, March 01, 2013 7:30:08 PM You can park from 8AM to 6PM for 2 hours only, unless you have a district 64 permit. (meaning you're not limited to 2 hours) On mondays, however, they clean the street from 10 AM to 1PM, meaning you aren't allowed to park. From 6:30AM to 9AM and 1:30PM to 4PM, you're only allowed to sit there to pick up passengers and go, which on school days is limited to a 5 minute stop. It's not that hard to figure out, just a little overwhelming. Stop and read, broseph. |

Friday, March 01, 2013 7:26:55 PM seriously, whats so hard to understand? pull into spot check time check date do I fit in all the criteria? is yes, success for 2 hours if no, move car if you want a breakdown, you can park there for 2 hours between the hours of 9am and 1:30pm, and from 4pm until 6pm, unless its monday in which case you can park there from 9-10am and from 4-6pm. UNLESS you have a district 64 tag, in which case you can park there anytime that isn't between 6:30-9am or 1:30-4pm on weekdays, or 10am-1pm on mondays. |

Friday, March 01, 2013 6:03:23 PM Monday: 8am - 10am, 1pm - 6pm, for 2 hours only, unless District 64 (D64). Changes to 4pm - 6pm on School days. Tuesday - Friday: 8am - 6pm, for 2 hours only unless D64. 9am - 1:30pm, 4pm - 6pm, for 2 hours only on School days. Weekends: 8am - 6pm, for 2 hours only unless D64. Think that pretty much covers it. |
