i love Filipino dramas but this one is over 200 episodes therefore its too much for me. also, they tend to drag the story at times. |

The inspirations for the Darna character were, in fact, Superman and Captain Marvel (she first appeared in comic-book form in 1947). But her creator didn't want to get sued, so he pushed the "warrior princess" angle. Hence, the references to Wonder Woman. |
