whodat6484: depends on the person and the tattoo. ive got a full back tat and it only took 4 or 5 days for it to scab up and start to peel off. |

Looks to me like the tattoo is completely healed. He was only on the run for 10 days (February 3rd) and I know for a fact a tattoo that would be 10 days old at most won't look like that. At that point the scabs that formed would be peeling off. |
