I know deaf-from-birth people often fear losing the strong sense of community they have with other deaf people, but this woman knew what hearing was like. Why in hell would she need convincing that she should get the implant? Did she think her son would sound like Jimmy Durante? I don't understand some people. |

These are all the things that are the foundation to WHY this science occurred. There must a philosophical foundation of GOODNESS in order for science to NOT BE USED for HATE DESTRUCTION LAZINESS,etc.
