I'm not a user of 'The Facebook'. Can someone please tell me whether this is just one of their things? i.e., can people pay to send mail to any Facebook junky's inbox?, or is this noteworthy because it's specifically Zuzkerberg's inbox that has this option? |

I'm going to give bomb_tom the benefit of the doubt and hope it was an attempt at humor. Coming from a Jewish family on my mom's side, jokes like that are not uncommon. Personally I won't say or post something like that unless the people know me and understand that it's a joke. But some people expect everyone to get it and be ok with it. |

They're setting up a system that charges you to send messages directly to a users inbox. That way if companies want to spam you and are not on your friends list, Facebook gets a commission. |
