Tuesday, January 15, 2013 6:46:19 PM What else is there really? If you're going to say "long nights and days" then that could be included in practice. I've played sports before--I know what it's like to do something for 6+ hours a day every day for months or years. I'm not that impressed with Tony Hawk. He didn't save anyone from dying from a heart-attack or save anyone from burning wreckage. He just skates. Cool. |

SPrinkZ - I get the point you're trying to make. But in Tony's case there's more to it than just practicing a lot.

Monday, January 14, 2013 4:34:36 PM Hence why I am never impressed by the final result of concentrated and protracted effort. I am merely impressed that someone never got bored doing it. |
