you would remain the same weight regardless because matter cant not be destoryed and you are only displacing matter when you eat it. so if you ate yourself you are not moving after away or towards you and will remain the same weight. |

Assuming this was possible, you would turn out slightly smaller:
For every 1 unit of mass of yourself that you eat, you ingest an additional 1 unit of mass while losing the same amount. This should result in equilibrium and no change, but the process is not not 100% efficient, so your resulting mass would be slightly less. |

Conservation of matter rule says your weight (mass) would stay exactly the same. Although, you'd have to count any stuff you spilled on the floor and anything you lost to the air in the effort. |
