MA is a super liberal state. I live in a super conservative one, unfortunately.
I realize craigslist is not a gun show. However the laws that allow one private citizen at a gun show to sell a gun to another private citizen without a background check are the same ones that allow the sale over craigslist or lots of other sites. |

MA law requires purchasers to obtain a permit and undergo a background check before buying a handgun. Not sure on a rifle never bought from a gun show. Craigslist is not a gun show. |

I can get on craigslist right now and shop for a gun. Then I can drive over to someone's house and buy it with no questions asked and it is perfectly legal.
That is in no way legal at least in my state pretty sure most others. |

Wrong. Only if you are buying form a licensed dealer. I can buy from another individual just fine. I swear to Jehovah. How in holy f.uck would you know? How would anyone know? These are person to person transactions, often times cash, with no filing or reporting and no paperwork. Who the f.uck is gathering those stats? How would they? Seriously? |

I read the entire source before I sent it. All that means is that there were no more recent data. Which made the statement as true as possible. That is not obsolete data it is the most current stats ATF has. It just happens to be old. |

every online sale requires a background check and transfer through FFL. The "loop hole" sales are done face-to-face. Which are nowhere near 40% of sales, closer to about 5% of total, and most require background checks too. |

This guy was involves in some pretty shady business with some shady people. His death is likely a result of that.
And he didn't really have much to do with that "FPSrussia" guy. He just let him borrow most of the harder-to-obtain guns for his videos.
