It's called a storm-umbrella and, hipster as I am, I have one. Pretty awesome, very light and tough. Quite expensive at EUR 50,- which is about $65,35 Monopoly dollars. Worth it! |

People are completely missing the point. It's not about staying dry in 80MPH rainstorms. It's about not having to buy a new umbrella every time a gust suddenly whips up. |

haha, that's exactly what I was thinking. Maybe he's supposed to hold it forward like a shield.
