On a related note that I just remembered, I had a Red Tailed Boa, a Ball Python, and a Reticulated Python (widely referred to as the most aggressive python species) share an enclosure for close to 6 years. No, not a tiny little cage or anything, it was roughly the size of a bedroom and had tree limbs stretching from floor to ceiling, a running waterfall and a pond. In all that time I never saw any aggression between them. |

I wouldn't worry about it, if I were you. It is extremely rare that a snake will eat another snake. King snakes and Milk snakes most commonly eat other snakes as part of their diet, but those really are the only snakes that are "cannibals." If it happens outside those two breeds it really was just a random, rare event. And I wouldn't worry about Corn snakes, they're very social  |

I have two corn snakes that have lived together their whole lives. I'm always slightly wary of this happening, but they almost seem like the best of friends.
I feed them separately now because there have been a few tense moments recently when one has mistakenly strangled the other, and I've had to dunk them under water to get them to release. :S |
