It doesn't matter if YOU think this particular woman is 'hot.'
The problem is, the court has set a president now: A person can be refused employment/terminated on the grounds the employer feels their presence would interfere in the marriage of third parties in the business.
No direct action required on the part of the person being fired.
It's a bad court ruling. If she didn't commit any misconduct and she wasn't being laid off due to lack of payroll, she shouldn't have been removed.

It wasn't a matter of her being a Photoshop-less super model.
It was that his wife worked there too and was jealous of their friendship so, she made him fire his assistant.
I've seen this happen and been through similar. |

the funniest thing about people who get fired is that its never that they were doing a bad job (or behaved badly), its for every other reason including, but not limited to, race, sexual orientation, hot or not, etc |

Here is one of the significant differances between men and women.
If this happened to a man, he'd get pissed, then he'd get on with his life. Not sue and bitch and whine about it for months or years, however long it took to get to the state supreme court.
You could make that same statement about gay men and "real" men, Gerry. Some thick people probably do. |

If it's a right to work state, he didn't need a reason to fire her. But since he gave one, and the one he gave is incredibly sexist, she can easily have his business through a sexual harassment lawsuit. Cheers Nelson, enjoy your millions. You earned it. |

Yeah, see, she wasn't fired for being hot--she'd been there for ten years. She was fired because the dentist's wife didn't like that her husband thought she was hot. And their Taliban pastor decided that, instead of counseling them to do the right and just thing (like, at least finding her a job with equal benefits), they could just blame her hotness for threatening their marriage. Yay religion--providing excuses for drated up treatment of fellow humans for thousands of years. |
