Yes, the tattoo is f*cking stoopid, I agree with that. As for, "it's a little weird to advertise, no?" I have to disagree. While there are no federal laws on the books, depending on where you live, if you don't tell a partner you have an STD and pass it on to them you can end up in prison. |
