Tuesday, December 04, 2012 7:02:09 AM I studied Brassai for one of my own photography projects. I learned that capturing night-shots on a film camera is very, very difficult, so I can really appreciate the skill required to take photographs as good as these. |

Also it was the late 30's: heart of the depression and WW2 looming on the horizon. I like his photos! They're just packed with information. The most simple thigns find meaning when place in context. Also: this is what hookers looked like in the days before cosmetic surgery... Nice music too! |
