this is such a drated up situation. if they are going to force him to go to church then it should be the church and religion of his choosing. there would be hell to pay if a muslim or jewish person was drunk driving, accidentally killed a guy and was forced to go to jail or christian church and not the option to go to the place of worship of the religion they choose.
personally i would be going to the church of my choosing: Pastafarianism  lol |

Please explain how someone gets ejected from a car while wearing the safety belt. If he knows the driver is drunk and won't even put the safety belt then it's his fault he died. |

Peakingo, if my choices were a Mosque or Prison, I'm choosing a Mosque.
Really though, Public Service would be a better choice imo. He could serve time picking up litter and clearing brush on the road side and that would be a far better track that effing prison. |
