There's actually clearly boobs/nipples at 2:44 (for less than a second, the girl on the right is completely visible) and 3:12 (girl on left, visible for a bit longer than the 2:44 one, until the camera pans back to the right). @peakingo: I'M SORRY! It's one of those "things" that bother me about Japan! I'm a firm believer in the "16" age of concent, and Japan's lax attitude towards it (13 is legal if you're married!!!) is... troublesome.
It's like they're TRYING to look like preteens...

5cats, it's soooo creepy that you knew the legal age of consent in Japan and that you randomly added it to your comment when "those women are easily in their mid-20's" would've been sufficed.
You pretty much said, "eh, those girls are in the 20s, but if they weren't it would be alright by their laws.... so I'll see you guys in Japan."
