Among the main offenders of things that make me feel old is people that that haven't seen and maybe never heard of Pulp Fiction. I have a co-worker that graduated from the same college as I did, that hasn't seen Pulp Fiction and never gets references to the movie. He's 8 years younger than I. Most people in their 30's and 40's have seen Pulp Fiction but at the very least, know the movie. So, it shocks me to realize the flick is now a generation thing and that I don't always get Harry Potter references dates me. Ugh. |
