Virginia HAS adopted a grading system BASED ON RACE!
Asians, Whites, Lations, Blacks and "special needs" will have DIFFERENT PASS/FAIL grades! Apparently Florida has similar rules...
Asians will require 82% to pass math, while Blacks only 45%...
No word on what a child with an Asian Mom and a Black Dad would need to pass... 62.5%???

I regret my poor word selection, it was clearly "over the top" even for being satirical, sorry!
At the beginning I though he was being serious! I've talked to people (ultra-liberals) who sound EXACTLY like him! The "code words" he uses are spot-on accurate.
I used more "colourful" words which mean exactly the same thing!
