tedgp, you are a total f***tard. You don't even know the definition of "circumstantial evidence." For your information circumstantial evidence is ANY evidence other than eyewitness testimony, and that includes, DNA, fingerprints, security camera images, blood and gunpowder residue on the accused as well as weapons found in his possession that match the murder weapons in ballistics tests. Also, there are over 100 eyewitnesses to his shooting spree!

has anyone yet suggested that he tried to kill himself because he can't take the drugs anymore that the government is giving him? Or that they wanted to make it look like suicide so that he can't "talk" and tell anyone what the government did to him? conspiracy nuts... crazy. |

he's a medical student. he could find a better way of killing himself, such as breaking his own neck or asphyxiation with a bed sheet. he may have done that not to kill himself but to avoid that court date. |

ted, I've been on 2 juries, you're just being weird about our judicial system...which isn't even really so unique. Are we supposed to ban lawyers from existing? Even if everybody is randomly assigned a lawyer, there will still be good ones and bad ones.

Circumstantial evidence is admissible in court, but you need much more to prove a case on circumstantial evidence alone. And then you need to convince a jury and all that.

Remember, there was no actual hard evidence that proves he did what he was accused of. All there was, was circumstantial evidence. But in the US, that seems to be enough to convict someone. |
