Monday, November 12, 2012 9:43:03 AM Contrary to what you lefties think, most conservatives are the most compassionate giving and caring people int he world. I fully realize none of you lefties will ever get that, but it's simply true. If you lefties keep taking and taking and taking and taking and never give back and then you wonder why this happens? I tell you, if, say, Texas ever seceded, I'd be there is a heartbeat. Last bastion of freedom on the planet. |

Saturday, November 10, 2012 11:33:09 AM do you EVER hear of a Republican congressperson talking about a willingness to compromise? On anything? @SmagBoy: NOT if you watch the MSM you don't! They don't let little things like "facts" or "truth" stand in the way of "the message". They bleated endlessly: The Republicans have no healthcare plan! During Obamacare. But in FACT there not only WAS a Republican plan, there were 7 proposed amendments TO Obamacare as well. >>HAVE a plan, WILLING to negotiate = fact. But you never once heard those stories from the MSM. Total embargo! Note: The amendments were proposed, BUT Obamacare was NEVER read by those who voted on it! Kinda hard to negotiate if the Democrats won't even let THEIR OWN PARTY READ THE BILL!!! |

Saturday, November 10, 2012 10:47:58 AM So Republicans are pissed off at all the bad Republican ideas. Cap and Trade is the Free Market Conservatives idea of "Emissions Trading". The Obamacare mandate was the idea of the Heritage Foundation which is a Conservative "think" tank. Massive spending and debt was the Bush administrations idea when it gave massive tax cuts and started unfunded wars. I have a feeling that in twenty years are we going to see Republicans fighting to abolish the stupid ideas put forth by this Heritage Action group. |

Saturday, November 10, 2012 10:18:58 AM What made this country great is it's founding principles of limited government and self reliance. That got us to where we were prior to 1963 or so. From that point on, we veered off course and the path we are now firmly on will absolutely lead to the demise of this ONCE great country. Socialism very simply does not work, it never has and never will, EVER. The Democrat party claims that Republicans favor the rich and stack the deck against the poor and middle class. In reality, the opposite is true and here's why. Democrats enact countless layers of rules and regulations that serve as barriers to the average person starting a business for themselves. Therefore most of us have only one choice which is to work for somebody else. The only people who can afford to navigate the maze of regulation are the wealthy. If you have tried to start a business, you know what I mean. You can't open a hot dog cart without paying close to $10k in permits and taxes! It's out of |

Saturday, November 10, 2012 8:12:07 AM "Republicans did start the last Civil War." Abraham Lincoln was a Republican. The South was predominately Democrat. |

Saturday, November 10, 2012 5:38:11 AM I just find it interesting that many current extreme elements of the conservative movement hold up Reagan as their champion, when they likely wouldn't vote for the real Reagan today. |

Saturday, November 10, 2012 4:03:20 AM Last bit on this: do you EVER hear of a Republican congressperson talking about a willingness to compromise? On anything? At all? Or, like this dratwad, do they simply say, "We will not abandon our values derp derp derp!" That's all I need to hear, and all the country needs to hear, to keep right on dismissing these draters from their job. |

Saturday, November 10, 2012 4:01:47 AM Jesus Christ I was hoping that was parody! It wasn't. So, Bush didn't spend any money? Didn't take a literal budget surplus and turn it into the gaping maw that was the largest budget deficit in the history of the country? Didn't at the same time engage in two wars (at least one of which was at best a terrible, terrible mistake for which no Republican has taken responsibility, and, at worse, a device to enrich his and Cheney's friends in the Contractor Industrial Complex)? I'm not saying that Obama is perfect. I am not saying that he's been ideal for Liberals *or* Conservatives. But, he can't possible do worse than Bush did, and at least he's *willing* to compromise, and has tried, time and again. Maybe if this piece of poo asshat nutter would encourage conservatives to come to the drating table with just even a shred of desire to work with liberals, the country wouldn't have spanked their asses so completely this time. Talk about ruining the country?! |

Friday, November 09, 2012 10:22:02 PM Methinks 'Heritage Action' should be named an enemy combatant and sent to Gitmo for a few decades, or at least until the GOP will let us close it. |
