Saturday, July 28, 2012 5:30:41 PM This man is NOT blaming the students generation! He is simply telling it like it is. Even if he is off a little on his stats, the context of his answer is right on. Check it out for yourselves instead of playing parrots |

Tuesday, July 17, 2012 4:36:32 PM The US spends as much as the next 12 countries combined on defense, not 26. Makes me wonder what other stats were made up. |

Tuesday, July 17, 2012 12:53:39 PM Why is it the young woman's generation's fault? That's what kills me. Blame the young people when the elderly and middle aged adults have been putting us in the hole since the Reagan administration. |

Tuesday, July 17, 2012 1:59:27 AM bassman I think you are missing the point of what HE said (ironic right?). He is saying that every new generation is smarter because they are being taught by the educated ones from the previous, thus they start out with the knowledge of the past and build upon it. The difference may seem smaller with generations that are closer together but it's something that happens gradually. Theoretically it would be very hard for us to go backwards. |

Tuesday, July 17, 2012 1:04:13 AM Lebowski42, you missed the whole point of what was being said. I'd like to know how you can prove that this generation of college students is the smartest - just because you believe it, doesn't make it true. What is your source? I live in a huge college town, and I don't see the smartest kids ever. Not even close. |

Monday, July 16, 2012 7:52:40 PM The problem is, liberals don't lose ENOUGH elections. That's why we're no longer any better than all those other democratic socialist $#!+holes he named off. We have become one of them. |

Monday, July 16, 2012 6:39:01 PM Nonsense. I don't care about whether or not you think the US is the greatest nation. That is subjective because people have different values. However, watching a man in his fifties blame someone in their twenties for the circumstances in the country is absurd. Everything that baby boomers dislike about this nation falls squarely to them. They are in power, no other generation is any where close in terms of members of congress, senate, registered voters etc. Furthermore they are the generation in charge of most corporations and civic institutions. The current generation of college students is the smartest one we have produced, this is ALWAYS true. You can argue about how smart one generation is compared to the rest of the world all you want, but the fact is each generation is smarter than the last (until some generation really messes up and doesn't educate the next) |
