Friday, March 02, 2012 1:22:34 PM yeah, except for the one time that it really is a bag. while it sounds funny, as a terrorist would use something like this because stupid americans will ignore anything in front of them. it could kill many. and i live in america, its sad that people will say - other's should look for stuff like that, but when it's them, they look the other way or think its funny. |

Wednesday, February 29, 2012 5:42:19 AM Suspicious? A grocery bag can be no more suspicious than it can be in a party mood! Suspicion is an emotion, the bag in question would be suspect. |

Tuesday, February 28, 2012 9:18:22 AM Back in the early 90s when I was at uni, we used to get this kind of thing all the time with the IRA. |

Sunday, February 26, 2012 10:05:09 PM "Well, officer, I'm sure it was the same grocery bag that followed me home last night. And this morning it was snooping around my back yard and I said 'Get outa here, you *%$#@ garbage bag...'" |

Sunday, February 26, 2012 9:27:53 PM I'm glad we're not letting the terrorists win. Ya' know, by making us live in a constant sense of terror where we jump at our own shadows. I mean... er... *sigh*. |

Sunday, February 26, 2012 9:20:17 PM This makes perfect sense to anyone in the UK who has put up with US/catholic-funded terrorism there for decades. I think it's poetic justice that the US are discovering for themselves what it's like to be on the receiving end. |

Sunday, February 26, 2012 3:46:25 PM I'm pretty tired of people having digital video, and then taking a picture of it. this one I can see because maybe the person has OTA (read:free) TV, but if I see one more picture taken of a paused DVR screen, I'll scream |

Sunday, February 26, 2012 12:10:40 PM This is a pretty serious event actually. I live in Spokane Washington, and I'm sure we've all heard of 2011's MLK bomb. There was just a backpack sitting along the side that was deemed suspicious, and evidently, it had a bomb inside of it. |

Sunday, February 26, 2012 11:50:13 AM I hope they caught it. The last thing we need is more grocery bags floating around. I say we send them all back to where they came from. |

Sunday, February 26, 2012 11:10:11 AM @collegebound: I_A_B has gone downhill in the past year or so, but as far as this post goes, I see it as some merit for discussion. The fact is, that we as a society have become so paranoid, that if I were to go grocery shopping, and drop a bag on the way to my car, and not realize it, by the time I got home, it could be on the 5 o'clock news. Just sayin'. |

Sunday, February 26, 2012 10:34:59 AM CollegeBound: "could be a bomb or something...ill forgive you sense you are only a child... " And yet that "child" recognizes how overly suspicious we've become thanks to "Homeland Security" and persistent fear-mongering. Oh, and also the awkward headline. |

Sunday, February 26, 2012 10:29:14 AM At my uni they shut down a parking garage for a few hours because of a suspicious box. Turned out to be just a box. |
