Thursday, December 08, 2011 9:21:27 AM So MrBungle, you are using excuses and money to justify eaating like a fatass? Well ok, eat cheaply like a fatass, then you still have the choice to GO WORK OUT!!!!! Humans used to have to run and chase their food, our bodies are built for action, so take action and stop being a waste of flesh. Or you can pray to god to get you thinner and spend your life relying on everyone else to do things for you and wonder why you are FAT. |

Thursday, December 08, 2011 9:18:31 AM IAB this is why you fail again. This is not WHY someone is fat, this is a result. Seriously, who the fvuck keeps doing this. You keep fvucking up the "America Fat" and the "Literal Photos". Look, you do not know what you are doing. Stop. |

Wednesday, December 07, 2011 10:12:22 PM Ruffiana Still, for 10-20 bucks i can find better things to feed a family of 6 with. I wasn't so much arguing the mcdonalds cheeseburgers as being anything good, i was just saying that's probably all i could feed a family of 6 with 10-20 bucks. At burger king recently I got 2 double whoppers and 2 chicken sandwiches (not all for me soo chill) 1 medium fries and 1 medium onion rings with 2 medium drinks, that came to 27 and change. A family of 6 that eats at a fast food restaurant can probably eat more that one "meal" there but even ignoring that if each person got one sandwich or burger and one drink with the food being about 4 dollars each and the drinks about 1 - 1.50 each then it would quickly go beyond 20 bucks. 6*4 alone is 24. |

Wednesday, December 07, 2011 10:07:24 PM @ecpkngt: I'm a college student with a budget of less than $50 a week for food, laundry, gas, medication, and any other expenses. I can feed myself healthy food for between $25 and $30 a week. I cook every meal with lots of fresh vegetables. I eat many small meals, rather than three large ones, to keep my metabolism up and I have fresh fruit every day. If I'm eating meat that week it's usually chicken that I cook all together and eat for three or four nights, separated by other dinners so I don't get bored. If meat isn't on sale, I use beans and nuts to get my protein because it's cheaper. I eat almost no salt or sugar beyond what I can't avoid from natural sources, and a night or two a week I let myself have a piece of dark chocolate - I love it, but I make one bar last me three weeks or a month. I never buy pre-packaged or pre-canned food because it has too many additives like that. This includes feeding myself the extra calories I need the three days a week I work out. |

Wednesday, December 07, 2011 10:50:32 AM BTW, You could probably feed that many people for that amount of money at Taco-Bell, but you would really not want to do that on a regular basis. People need to think of fast-food and sodas exactly like cake and ice-cream and then maybe they wouldn't be so confuzzled as their waistline continues to expand and their general health detoriorates over the years. Might be cheap, but you'll pay for it in the long run. |

Wednesday, December 07, 2011 10:47:40 AM @minigeko, McDonald's regular hamburgers are 250 calories each, so if you're eating 10 to "feel full" you're consuming 2,500 calories in one meal. That right there illustrates the whole problem with the American diet. We load our food up with empty calories because it tastes good and sells better...all while being less filling so we'll buy more. Nutitionally, we're not getting the most bang for our buck. We're feeding our biological cravings for salt and sweet while depriving ourselves of healthy nutrients in exchange for more body fat. All for the benefit of the food industry and profit for shareholders. |

Tuesday, December 06, 2011 8:12:16 PM ecpkngt wherever you shop, stop going there. Also lemme know what fast food restaurant you go to because a family of 6 being fed for 10-20 dollars isn't gonna happen anywhere near me. unless the tiny little burgers on the mcdonalds dollar menu, in which case each person could probably eat at least 3 of those. i've eaten 10 before i've gotten full before |
