Saturday, October 29, 2011 7:31:40 AM "If it wasn't for corporations, they'd all be running around in grass skirts trying to spear their dinner with pointed sticks and wiping their @$$es with leaves." this is true, but the people that do the work, and the people that get paid for doing the work are two diffrent sets of people. You will not see a board member"who takes the lions share of profit with very little personal risk) doing any thing but trying to squeeze more money out of whatever product they pedal. They do very little to actually design manufacture or distribute the product or service they offer. they pay engineers and workers for that. WE DO NOT NEED THE PEOPLE AT THE TOP...only those who "look out for themselves first" make it to the top in business and politics these days, if you can even differentiate the two at this point. We are now led by a small group of parasites who have no concern for the direction our species takes.

Friday, October 28, 2011 5:15:05 PM Hahaha. Ok, OWS is one thing. Saying no to everything is what my four year old niece does when she's upset. |

I don't see this working out somehow. I'm on their side, but I don't think enough people are willing to risk their jobs. |

Friday, October 28, 2011 6:20:09 AM Kain1-"i don't understand how people who obviously possess a fair amount of intelligence can be against this." Then that demonstrates a comprehension problem on your part. Kain1-"Even if the education system was much better than it actually is" That's not going to happen with it being perpetuated by the liberal teaching unions. Angelmassb-"Remember remember the 2th of November" Remember, remember the 2th of November. The Wall Street Occupation was naught. I know of no reason Occoupy Wall Street's treason should ever be bought. |

Thursday, October 27, 2011 10:35:43 PM @Kain1, they are irrelevant for the exact reason you pointed out... THE GOVERNMENT no longer serves the people, so they are protesting WALL STREET. That is why the OWS movement is meaningless, they aren't protesting the government. In fact, they are pro-government, they just think the money should be given to THEM, not corporations. They have no clue what capitalism or a free market is, they don't understand how the economy works, they have no knowledge of american history. This country was founded on the principle of having a decentralized government, and currently the majority of people don't even understand the difference between federal and state government. Sorry but that's sad. |

Thursday, October 27, 2011 10:18:15 PM Wouldn't it be great if all the "evil" corporations went on strike against these morons? Just think of it -- no food, no water, no shelter, no clothes, no TV, no computers, no Internet, no phones, no lights, no cars, no toilets, no medicine, or anything else produced by corporations. If it wasn't for corporations, they'd all be running around in grass skirts trying to spear their dinner with pointed sticks and wiping their @$$es with leaves. |
