randomxnp, if you are proving that you are angry and get aggressive - way to go. I was saying that wars shouldn't happen because people kill each other. Do you disagree? I also made the point that is never likely to happen but it is worth thinking about why. Art is meant to make you think. |

Nicely done. I'd love to see it in RL. The size would really hammer home the imagery of surrendering one's identity and mind for a hive mind mentality. |

This is yet another example of bigotry being put up on I-A-B; I have noticed a few today. They have all been against typical targets of the left. This one is disgraceful, it attacks not only every male member of my immediate family, all of whom (including I) have served in the British forces, but many of my past and present friends.
It is also childish, self-righteous, self-satisfied and pig-ignorant. The military are far from brainless. They are the among the best people I knew. I found as much to be respected, as fine qualities in the military as I did at the best university in the world. I certainly found more tolerance and less bigotry than I find in any left-wing company.
Yet the community of I-A-B rate it 3 stars-plus out of 4. The insult against the people who guarantee your right to use this uncensored site. The people to whom you owe everything.

Sibosa, who says this is about you? You do a bloody impressive job, I have worked with ex services staff after they leave and generally they are some of the best staff around. Sometimes the people you are sent to kill are equally professional though. The fact you are killing each other means somewhere along the line something got messed up. It is probably fairer to say the people issuing the orders are mindless, but sadly they often aren't stupid. If everyone chose not to fight would there be wars, it isn't going to happen. What I would say for this art is that it makes people ask if soldiers are really mindless. |

as a serving British soldier I am quite upset about this picture, so where minless fecking drones are we. I tell you what some of the smartest, people i know are soldiers. We have to take calculated risks every day on ops, if we dont we die. we die protecting that grafiti artist right to paint crap like that on walls, they shuold find him slap a uniform on him and send him to the frontline, lets see his paints help him there. People like this really piss me off. |

I don't like this because it's making fun of the soldiers. It should REALLY represent the politicians who sent them there, because the soldiers are really just trying to protect everyone they love back home, and that is one of the most noble things a person can do. |

@rogue_knight, This graffiti is "something positive". It is the artist's attempt to get his (or her) message out to as many people as possible in an interesting and artistic way. It seems to have worked quite well given that it's ended up on here. |

However, and it obviously depends on the ethical code that they elect, one would say that if they followed ethics they wouldn't want to be soldiers, don't you think? |
