It's pretty unlikely that anyone's ever had to pay a licensing fee to anyone for a tattoo (unless the tat is prominently featured in a film or something), and the vast majority of tattoo work is done cash-in-hand anyway. So yeah, you're technically right, but only because that's the way the whole industry works. |

tattoos that are meaningful arent a bad thing. ive got a tattoo, i love it, and it has a lot of meaning behind it. Oh, and im sure im not gay.
on another note, tattoos should be meaningful. You can't take such a permanent change to your body lightly. Somehow i doubt batman has had a huge impact on this dudes life. |

Ill just put this out there, thats how some artists draw. Not every artist draws or sketches the same, and honestly it looks different than most tattoos out there. |
