There is a theory about people looking like their dogs...it basically comes down to narcissism. We choose breeds with certain features that we like and, subconsciously or not, we like ourselves. The example was long haired women preferred droopy eared dogs. It is a bit more involved but I'm sure you get the point. And of course that is not always true but it is in this case, I'd bet!. (reference Stanley Coren's book The MOdern Dog) |
