guy was smart to stay in his truck while he tried to help. Momma bears do not care if you are trying to help or not, they just want you to stay the f away from their babies.
Yes, the mother bear was the one who actually tore the cub out of the net, but if the guy hadn't dragged the net out of the ditch and pinned it down with the weight of the truck, she might not have been able to get her cub out and she may have just abandoned him to die. Joint effort. |
