There is actually a large text on what you are allowed to do as a monk when in the "world" and an entire three paragraphs on bumper cars.

Haha what's funny is when the monks come to America, they actually ask us if they can do things like this specifically because they don't get to in Tibet. For instance, Karma Kuchen Rinpoche asked to visit a rodeo when he came to Dallas... Then he wanted to go golfing for some reason. |
