Monday, April 12, 2010 12:53:25 PM @sutra46, trolling doesn't help anything (that goes to K3vin too) @vega, have you ever seen alienware? It's super sick and completely custumizable, inside and out |

Sunday, April 11, 2010 10:55:16 PM "Mac vs Pc"...let's go Pcs aren't exclusive to windows(linux?). Technically macs are also pcs(personal computers) so it's douche-like of Apple. Anyways it isn't really a "windows vs mac" as it is a "mac vs everything else". And since we're speaking of pcs then we are speaking hardware. So now we've got apple vs Dell, HP, Sony, Toshiba...(insert many more), and us(Custom builds, whether we actually do it ourselves or not)(Hackintosh is on the "Pc" team). Pc's will give you greater performance per dollar given that you make the right decisions. Also, on aesthetics, I agree some mac products look nice but, they are not the only ones who can make things pretty ( I like the Zune HD, for example). Anyways you can choose a computer that looks good or you can choose a pc case that suits your taste( I don't really like the mac pro case). People aren't trying to compare apples to apples, they're comparing apples to a farm(perhaps with better apples). |

Sunday, April 11, 2010 9:49:45 PM okay, people dont seem to get this but Mac, PC and Linux machines do different things better/worse than others....thats why you CHOOSE which to used based on what YOU want to do. think of macs as pencils and PCs as pens....pencils are better to draw with but pens are nicer to write with. it depends on what you want to do. |

Sunday, April 11, 2010 6:35:38 PM > Corydoras87 > I can't do half tthe things I want to do on a computer without my mac trying to pretend he is a PC ( by using this PC emulation stuff whatever it's called..) So why not prefer a real PC if your mac needs to pretend to be one anyways? You're a frakkin moron then. Your Mac isn't "pretending" to be a PC by emulating, it HAS the same chips inside it and boots off THEM when in PC mode. It IS a frakkin PC you moron - it just happens to have a Mac chipset built in AS WELL. |

Sunday, April 11, 2010 4:32:08 PM im not going to say macs suck or widnows is the greatest, just right click and save the picture mac users also play some ut99 or ut2004, maybe crisis or WOW or any other cool game also the last time my pc crashed was becouse i deleted process that windows needed and by doing that it kinda couldnt run vista lol and the only reason pc's bog down or crash is becouse people get stupid and put so much crap on there computer like 20 things that doesnt even need to be running while having low ram i have 3 usable gigs in my computer and ising only 48 percent of my computer with firefox for some reason taking 270,000K but i have a weather app and foxtab the next closest is windows explorer at 22,332k but its when people overload there computers with junk apps that it starts getting stupid |

Sunday, April 11, 2010 3:24:28 PM "@K3vin You are like the acne ridden plain girl who is likes to feel superior in the misguided belief that she is intelligent while all the pretty girls are are out in the convertible, wind blowing our long silken hair. Now, go take your real machine and mainstream butt and put it all in the paper bag." except i'm a man, and to boot i can form a coherent sentence! For a MAC user you're par for the course i guess. Your statement depicts the exact mentality of a dippoo mac user. "herp derp, what i use is different and more expensive and is therefor far superior to anything else" get a clue or a real argument, OR a sense of how to insult someone in english. Maybe your mac can teach you? |

I mean, you never hear about people lining up for blocks to grab the new microsoft product, and yet you hear about it all the time for people trying to get apple products.Sad really. |

Sunday, April 11, 2010 6:55:08 AM half the time when people have complaints about PCs they either have no idea what they are doing or they are trying to do something that have no business doing or dont know what they are getting themselves into |

Sunday, April 11, 2010 5:08:11 AM Webz - From what I've seen, macs cost far much more than PCs, even with the same specifications. I think one example I saw, the PC costed a bit over $1000, whereas the mac costed over $7000. I got a company to build my computer as a gaming one (I picked the parts, they put it together), so far, I've had no problems with it. Even when I got a new Saitek keyboard, I haven't had to install anything, and it's still working fine. The only time I've actually tried to use a mac in school (a few years back, yes), none of the macs had internet access, and it seemed a little buggy when I tried going into other programs, but I'm willing to suggest that the IT team at the place wasn't the best in the world. |

Sunday, April 11, 2010 4:47:08 AM I've always found with Macs that they just work where PCs have loads of complications. Recently I bought a MIDI Keyboard, tried getting it to work with my PC, had to tweak endless amounts of settings, download and install new hardware, searched through endless amounts of forums online to fix problems and even still it doesn't work 100%. I tried plugging it into my brother's Mac, and it immediately worked without me having to do a thing. I do loads of video editing and music production so I want a Mac badly, the only problem I have is the price tag. Can't afford one :( |

Saturday, April 10, 2010 11:42:44 PM Macs and PCs are good at different things and they cater to different markets. There is no better computer, they are simply better at different things and if you think that one is better than the other, you must utilize what your computer is best at. Argument over. |
