@ goaliejerry: Thank you for your long-winded explanation, and links that go nowhere related to the issue at hand. After a search on Google, I find no other examples of this sign.Regardless, all you have to do is look at the black text and you can clearly see it was added to the photo after the fact. Also, the U.S. - Gambia relations have been strained at best since the 1994 coup. While we maintain and embassy there, Gambia is NOT considered a U.S. ally. I see that you found another instance of this photo on someone's blog on blogspot.com, so I guess you're right, since a random individual's blog and the information contained in it are accepted as irrefutably accurate sources of information.
