Monday, November 16, 2009 6:57:16 PM I woulda bought the sock monkey! It was cute! I don't see anything racist about the Chinese Barbie either, I have Asian friends and I've seen their mothers dress like that on special Chinese celebrations. |

Sunday, October 04, 2009 4:57:37 PM I like how 80% of the post was about the mistakes made from Barbies. Wish my mom got me the Black Oreo Barbie. ]: |

Saturday, October 03, 2009 2:13:17 PM I had Midge, and really, there was a whole family. They had a dad, a tommy, a kelly, etc. They even had a town house. Yes I'm defending my second fav childhood barbie, screw off. I had the chinese barbie too, but she wasn't chinese in my stories, so I guess cracked is right about that one.*blushes* |

Saturday, October 03, 2009 1:29:56 PM When I was 6, I distinctly remember my older sister having a barbie that had a removable belly and a baby you could fit inside. Ah, political correctness, you bring back memories. |

Saturday, October 03, 2009 12:20:32 PM LMAO! XD I loved the pregnant Midge article. That's some funny shi.t!I never saw anything wrong with the Obama sock puppet either. I have no interest in Obama, but I simply saw the doll as a doll. Not some deep-seeded racist spoof. Much like the other people in the world turned into silly Halloween masks and such. |

Saturday, October 03, 2009 11:09:07 AM I didn't see anything wrong with the Obama sock puppet until it was pointed out. I just thought it was really cute and I wanted one. Actually I think I'll order one right now... |

Saturday, October 03, 2009 10:11:58 AM maybe i'm wrong, but i didn't see too much wrong with the chinese new year barbie (the amazon one, hell yeah, but the chinese one didn't seem to bad). i mean, making the eyes more 'asian' i think would give the doll an odd appearance. and i didn't even notice the eyebrows until they pointed them out. i mean, lets face it, barbie doesn't look like a real human being of any race. i think her chinese outfit is cute too. |
