The total population is therefore irrelevant as long as it's large enough to be a valid sample. 16.6 million is large enough for that. |

Fox is trying to make it seem that legalization leads to crime rate increase. that crime is something inherent to drug production. ok? now, drug gangs take the risk of fighting the police and not paying taxes. that's the difference between a firm and a drug gang. why do they do that? well, because drug business is illegal! if it was legal, like baking bread is, then there'd be no reason for criminals to be involved in the process of production. of course, they would still steal things, but that's not what we're talking about here. |

Even though its illegal or decriminalized in Australia, I think the "legal" limit must be 2 grams, because no matter how big a stash the cops seize from you when they raid you, in Court its always listed as "2 grams"... wonder where the rest goes... |

@ Sonikku: there's a huge market for the mafia regarding cigarettes. Really wrong example to use unfortunately.As long as a lot of money is involved (ie for cigarettes excises, huge amounts of it), it's perfect for criminals to either steal truckloads and sell it or just counterfeit known brands with truly inferior products (adding god knows what products to it, making them even worse than they are now) and make huge profits on it.
