My P.E. teacher in elementary school used to pants any kid who was sagging. Just the pants, though. Not the underwear. That'd be a lawsuit right there. |

Especially when someone wears them so that they don't even cover one inch of his ass... his pants start at the top of his thighs for christ's sake. Looks drating stupid. The next time I see someone wearing their pants like this I'm going to run up behind them and just pull them down... finish the job for them."
I am so thrilled I am not the only one who thinks saggy pants look foolish. Then they go and wear a belt with the whole thing. Uh dumbass, the belt is supposed to keep them at your hips. =P
