Whether or not that stuff is real, sports people are pretty supersticious, aren't they? So if all she accomplishes is that he THINKS he's cursed, that could affect his performance, and maybe the plan's a little more clever than it seems at first glance.Even if she herself doesn't realise how clever it is. |
