Monday, August 24, 2009 8:38:44 PM I'm always a little intrigued when the child of an art dealer becomes an art "savant" |

Monday, August 24, 2009 8:04:28 PM Holy crap, I'm glad they showed a side-by-side comparison. Otherwise I'd think he was good. |

Monday, August 24, 2009 7:24:56 PM Could use some work on his feathering, composition is a bit off, perspectives are all disjointed and I get the impression he's just filling time until he's allowed to play x-box again. |

Monday, August 24, 2009 6:06:06 PM seasaw776: I never said i was better than the kid, all i said was that its nothing to be impressed aboutmcgrowley: thanks feiku: if thats true then thats really good, but i have a hard time believing you are telling the truth. everyone who thinks they can draw thinks they are the best there is deathdefy877: i know that they are water color paintings, the straight lines comment was directed towards the pencil outlines that the kid painted over which you can see through the paint at times. Its not hard to sketch a scene and have straight lines |

Monday, August 24, 2009 3:42:17 PM Skullgrin-- I used to draw anime heavily from ages 9-14 and what I drew in those ages kicks the ass out of whatever you're drawing now. I don't doubt that in a few years this kid will be able to do full-blown portraits. |

Monday, August 24, 2009 7:46:57 AM revolder: its completely dfferent genre's. The kid couldnt draw or paint what i have in my gallery, but i dont expect him to be able to at 6 years old. I never denied the kids talent, im just not impressed by it since its still to early to tell if he really is some artistic genius or just a faster learner than normal |
